New Examples in Agile and Improved Templates in Agile and ManagmenetSuite
|
|
Summary
In order to help clients and practitioners better use and understand our Agile Delivery Adaptation, examples have been created for the following deliverables: M002A, M009A, M040A, P200A (two versions: Phase 1 and Phase 2), P490A and P750A. The Graham Engineering Services case, also used in ResultStation and StrategyForum, provides the background of an integrated and fictitious Agile situation.
Also, in order to enhance the harmonization of the deliverables of the Agile Delivery Adaptation and ManagementSuite, the templates of M042A, M045A, M046A and M049S have been synchronized with those of ManagementSuite, using the short form style. These templates are now simpler and more practical, with no cover page and table of content. At the same time, some minor corrections and synchronization adjustments have been performed on the definition of these deliverables (Outline and Details views).
In SuiteManagement, templates of the M042S, M045S, M046S and M049S deliverables, using the short form style, have been improved accordingly to what was done in Agile. Now, the information that helps identifying the deliverable is automatically repeated on each page, in the header. This information is: the organization logo (or, by default, the Macroscope logo), the project name and the deliverable name. At the same time, some minor corrections (typos) have been performed on the definition of these deliverables (Outline and Details views).
